Which project to keep?

I've got too much money tied up in too many projects for my Burb. I bought a set of buddy buckets and a sewing machine so I could re-cover them, a set of Autometer gauges to install in a new gauge panel I was going to make out of hardwood, and a universal Westin light bar that I managed to mount along with a pair of Hella driving lights, a power mirror setup with a nice chrome switch from a Cherokee, a tilt column that needs to be rebuilt, a rebuilt A/C controller to replace the heater control (I have Old Air)... and probably some other stuff I can't remember I'd really like to learn upholstery (already read a few books about it), so I could do the seats, door panels and headliner (and maybe carpet). I also have a small woodshop so making the gauge panel (and door panels, etc) out of wood is no problem. I figured I could make some panels or seatcovers, etc. to sell as well. Then there's the welder I asked Santa for because my rockers are rusted out... I don't want to sell any of it, but I might need the $$$. Besides, I feel like I'm hoarding cool truck parts... And then there's the house projects (don't get me started on THEM)... How do you guys decide which projects to do and which to give up on/put off?
