FYI,stock the 67-72s had a Dana 44 front,closed knuckle axles before 70 and open after that.If it was going to be restored,I'd say leave the closed knuckle in,but if you were ever thinking of driving it,a upgrade to discs might be in order..And also,you could get power steering on closed knuckle axle trucks,and also power brakes on them too,but they were drum brakes.
