Today is a good day...

To go to the junkyard. Found a new yard about 1 hour from my house and came home with a couple of hen's teeth. Found a v8 tach/ vac cluster in c60 truck, a big block power steering reservior and a piece I don't know what I will do with but knew it was rare so I got it- a power steering bracket and pump set from 70 model 250 I6 GMC with upper water pump pulley. This yard has several old trucks, mostly 67/68 with some useable grill parts- but not much. Anyway just needed to tell someone.

Nice score, well depending on the price, anyway I know what you mean when you find new places that hold these trucks

Re: Today is a good day...

BB brackets were already picked over and nothing but reservior was left. The guy was really reasonable- I spent a grand total of $60 and that includes a passenger side inner fender with 0 rust I pulled for my brother's truck. Not a bad haul.
