Re: Where to find short bed?

There are several options available. Yes you can buy one new if I remember right they were 1600-1800 before shipping. The other option is they do sell in the parts section from time to time but for faster results post a WTB thread in the parts section. This way if someone in your area has an extra one laying around they can unload it or some one may know where one is to be had.

Come to the Monroe swap meet this weekend. Get there early and scout around. Wear a sign around your neck. Bring a WAD of cash. Usually opens at 8AM Saturday. Have a buddy help you scout one out. Might or might not be one there but you never know.

Have fun and good luck - Bob

I think i went to the swap meet once before... I walked through a bunch of barns it seemed... I never saw any car parts. Is there a better place to look? I always feel like im missing something when i go there...

Example, went to the fair when it was here last and couldnt find the ****ing animals to save my life. Could smell em, couldnt find em at all. ahaha..

Pictures of the blue/white short fleet box have been sent to your e-mail, sorry for the delay and I included my phone number in that same e-mail, give me a ring. I never emailed you the below pics as I know you are wanting a box only, but I got to thinking... for a bit more $$$ you could take this whole 70 4wd Short Fleet (very nice box), switch your boxes around and have two shorties. Lmk, Mel

Ahh man.. Bummer, that bed looks really nice.. I cant afford to buy the whole truck... And i dont think it would be positive equity for you to sell the orange bed and put the blue one on that truck....

Re: Where to find short bed?

New bed parts would add up to over $2,500.
