Whats the correct back seat???
I bought a rear seat for my 71 cst from a guy. He said its stock but there are no arm rests. ive seen a similar truck around town and his back seat has arm rests. It looked much better in his truck. Which one is correct?/or are they both correct????

Re: Whats the correct back seat???
The arm rest & support/mounting tube's are attached to the seat with only 3 screws per side and could have been removed from the seat at some point, I have seen it before. It's hard to know/say what you have for sure without any pics of your purchased seat. Does the seat have bent tubular type mounting frames under each fwd corner of the seat? Cb

Re: Whats the correct back seat???
I've never seen an original without the arm rests. Most likely they are removed. I have the tubes which help brace the seat, but the pads I removed nearly 20 years ago because they were unserviceable at that time. Most likely underneath the seat cover, the holes still exist to mount the tubular supports to which the arm rest pads attach.
