a fully dressed small block with an iron intake is 550lbs about 500 with alum intake and about 450 or so with alum heads and intake. i used my two ton to pull and reinstall a fully dressed sbc with and sm465 hanging off the back. no issues mine came from summit quite a few years ago.that was all with boom fully extended at 1/2 ton setting.
