Question Radio, wiring and power question. HELP.

so ive hooked up my radio and i got no power out of the plug in the fuse block with the arrow pointing from the radio fuse. the fuse is good, i checked the fuse holder with the meter and im gettn 12v at the top and somthing really low(i forget rite off hand) at the bottom post (this is with out the fuse in and key on.) so for now i have it in one of the "extra" plugs just to the right of the radio. so everything works fine this way. but when the key is off i've got no memory power. I lose all my settings and what not. anyone have any ideas? thanx in advance. w.

Re: Radio, wiring and power question. HELP.

Aftermarket radio?? If so the red wire is hot all the time and the yellow wire is a ign hot. If you have a test light there sould be several terminals on your fuse block that are ign hot and constant hot, just run the red and yellow and a ground and you will be good to go.
