monroe swap meet

this weekend is the Canada thanksgiving weekend, and I'm working days Sat. - Sun. BUT, looks like I'm in for Friday. My Burb goes under the knife on Friday, so.... is there any from the great white north heading down willing to share gas money?

Is Friday open to the general public? I think its for vendor set up only. Better check on that Al before you come all this way.

Hope to see ya there Al. I thought it was Sat & Sun only- I didn't know folks could arrive on Friday.
This reminds me, I gotta call Dennis tomorrow and make arrangements.....

Re: monroe swap meet

Set-up on Friday from 3-9 for vendors only but if you hook up with CG he might be going in on Friday and will have a vendor's pass. That can be the best time to get some nice stuff before the general public shows up.

Is Brad coming up from Portland and bringing the P-City crew? Let's make this one bigger than the Spring meet! Bring your Longhorn shirts and I will drive my Longhorn!

Im super handsome and fit for a man my age. If you see a flock of women hanging around a fella its probably me.

Or maybe look at the thread from longhorn mans visit this weekend and see the fat guy with the beard doing the bbq

Re: monroe swap meet

There will be vendors at the show you can purchase alot of that stuff from. Sometimes Wes brings his trailer full of stuff. PM him and ask if he's coming.

I dont usually go when the weather is crappy, but since I paid for a space I guess I should go. Ill keep an eye on the forcasts and see whats going to happen.

Hi Al,

We're heading down Saturday morning, and hope to beat the traffic at the border by leaving around 6:00.

What are you doing to your burb as you said it's going under the knife.

Rich

I won't be able to make it this year. The wife says I have to put in a new shower surround... She can't get this stuff sorted out in the year I've been gone? Have a good time and post some pics!!
