Crankcase vent to aircleaner?

My 72 heavy half ton is on the way back to stock, I have found the stove pipe and heat sheild for the driver manifold and installed it as well as the stock aircleaner, my question is where can I find the crankcase breather hose that connects to the front of the aircleaner to the little plastic filter, in some pictures it looks to come from the passenger valve cover?

Re: Crankcase vent to aircleaner?

Any parts store ought to have it. However it may not be listed on their computer; if you go to an old style parts store that still uses catalogs you'll have better luck.
If it was me, I'd just ask if I could look at their hoses & match something up. Alot of the newer year cars have pre-bent heater hoses that you can cut & will do the job.

Re: Crankcase vent to aircleaner?

it goes to the spacer under the air cleaner for filtered air intake in to the passenger side valve cover, junk yard or parts board
