Almost done, all welded up

Rack mocked up

And.......

Remember to measure twice, so that way you don't end up with your mounting holes being off!!!!!!!!!!

Re: Crossmember progress

Thanks guys, I just got it all installed today, I just need to fix a few clearance issues(ball joints binding, control arm rubbing), but I am hoping to have it bagged by next weekend!

Re: Crossmember progress

I know I have been lagging on completeing my front end, but work calls.

Here are some updated pictures

The front upper a-arms were on the verge of binding laid out, and did bind with just the front aired out, so I cut the upper arms, flattened out the ball joint angle, and plated them back together. Not totally finished yet, need some more gussetting and reinforcement for me to be comfortable with them holding up my front end.

Resulting tire to fender clearance(fender cut back 2+")

And the end result, no binding, I can now lay out the front with the back up.
