Its Mine All Mine

I got the 72 GMC truck and brought it home yesterday and i must say that its rough but solid and has some good secrets too that i have found. For instance air shocks heating and ac am fm sterio werks i believe I also found out that the truck at one time had trim and was filled in with bondo so thats a negative but yet a positive i hate trim. but it will need a tailgate for shure and a passenger side fender well and some floor pan work on drivers side the cab corners are excellent and arent even surface rusted yet. The seat is like new just dingey and the dash though it needs work to be nice it is solid. The speedo is still good and is only off by 2-3mph. the truck is complete and is only missing 1 or two things. How ever it aint stock.

Some one asked to show pics of it at home so ask for pics and you shall recieve.

I would have paid that much just for the bed. When you get it started let us know how it runs. How did you talk down the price from what he was asking? It was almost given to you

Re: Its Mine All Mine

XSHADOW I didnt talk down much we agreed i could have the truck for what it would bring at the scrap metal yard i showed him the paper where my old truck + 2 engines weighed in at 223.00 so he said if thats what itll bring thats what you owe me so i gave him 225.00 and the deal was done. So now that i think of it i saved this old truck from the firey pit.
