Got any pics, not sure what style you are needing. I have a set of 4 removed from a '99 Tahoe. 16" with smooth caps. May not be your style, not sure.

I'm pretty sure that Hubcap Express here in Fort Wayne, In. has one. 260-471-2277. They have lots of original hubcaps and wheels.
