Re: That didn't take long
3 on the tree would be a manual transmission....350 Turbo Hydramatic would be a three speed auto transmission.
Good luck with it either way...I am sure you are just excited...LOL

Re: That didn't take long
Oh...I thought it was a 350cu.in./350hp/3spd.I knew you wouldn`t be long w/o a truck.
I know I would have serious issues if it came down to no old GM truck in the driveway.I truly don`t think I could deal with that.I`d have to at least have a bed or a frame around, maybe a grille.

Re: That didn't take long
OK.. so here's the full dealio...
69 C-10 but has grill off a 71 or 72. Very very very light rust. Just one spot near the driver rocker. No A/C No PS No PB runs and shifts very well and would probably need a tailgate but otherwise it's pretty solid. he's asking $2800 which I think is a tad high personally. Opinions?

Re: That didn't take long
It is all a judgement call as to price. One fellow jumps all over it and the next fellow passes it by.
Go with your gut feeling. Tim Quote:

Re: That didn't take long
I agree, if it's as little rust as you say. I think it's o.k. to pay a bit extra for lack of rust. It'll save you in the long run.
