blazer window cranks

I have a 72 blazer with a bolt in roll cage. I bought the rig with the cage in it and it has shorter then stock window cranks to clear were the cage comes down the windshield piller then bolts to the floor bourds. I droke the nob off of the drivers side and can't find one anywere. I was also looking for good parts books I have a lmc book but was wondering what else is out there.

thanks
