Question torque specs

hey everyone i have been tring to find torque specs for my lower control arm U-bolts and my sway bar mounts<stock 72> and i cant find them anywhere...any help would be awsome. also do you guys just tighten the upper and lower ball joints till there good and snug and then line up the cotter pin? or is there a torque spec on them also? i wouldnt think that there would be, but heck i dont know ? i just fixed wreck cars all day.............lol im real close to getting this chassis rolling again...........sheeeeeeeeeshhhhhhh....thanks tony

The chassis service manual for my '68 says u-bolt torque should be 40 ft. lbs and 25 ft lbs. for the sway bar. As far as the castle nuts, I didn't torque mine. I just got them tight and gave them enough of an extra turn to install the cotter pin.

thanks dave i really appreciate it.... im going outside to get er done now...and thats the way i have always done the castle nuts, but i wanted to make shure....im not wanting to build this truck again>Ever it has seen 2 since i have owned it< although never a frame off and one Crappy job from the PO. so i want everything perfect.........thanks..........tony
