Re: pics of 68lwb c10s

BOB 68327, sorry to inform you but unless you are talking about your wife of 50 years, it is just about to be 40. My 1967 c-10 and myself are celebrating our 40 years birthdays. Yes, I do have a passion for the '68's due to the cool trim they have advanced from the 67. Don't make me older than I already am. My second Chevrolet was a 68. I ws in love with that truck but always wanted a truck with the same birthday as mine. David

Re: pics of 68lwb c10s

It`s funny:
1)We have two`68 lwb pictures threads going on right now.
2)Both have`68s as well as any other 67-72s in them.
3)My first thoughts seeing both headings was,"why be so specific?"To me,a red`72 looks like a red`67 except for the grille.

Re: pics of 68lwb c10s

I love the look of the 67/68 front clip and long box is my truck. What I dont like about the 67/70's is the under dash handbrake on the 67/68 and the six lug wheels with drum brakes on the 67/70's. Therefore my ideal truck would be longbox 71/72 with a 68 front clip and I might do that to mine one day.
