Steering column all linkages and drive shaft and a flexplate. Those are a good start!

I know its sorta assinine but its all i have in a pinch. Im just trying to get through the winter as cheaply as possable.

Anyway I have flexplate,torque converter,trans,kickdown cable,and the drive shaft is a stock 2 piece.

did thay ever install a th350 and is the driveshaft different thay my man 3 speed?

You have a good start. I think that the drive line is a different length. The section from the rear of the auto is different from the 3 sp.

Starter nosecone and starter mounting bolts too, or a different starter if you're not comfortable taking your old starter apart to swap the nosecone.

Or just get a aftermarket tranny cooler like I did...dont forget the tranny cooler lines. You need the column, linkages, frame bracket, tranny, crossmember I believe, driveshaft maybe, flexplate, torque convertor, starter, aftermarket cooler or swap to a auto tranny style radiator, tranny cooler lines...I think that is most of everything.I have most of the parts you need down here, but that's a pretty good drive from where you are.

Re: 3 speed to th350 swap?

if you are on a budget and in a jam, i would probably got to a yard and try to find all this stuff for a 67-72 truck, if not, i would pull some sort of floor shift and linkage from maybe a 82-92 camaro or other car, this would save you from buying a column and linkage. i would even get the modulator vaccum line and trans lines from a yard , if they are the wrong size you can bend them. get as much stuff from the yard as you can if you are in a bind. i would reccomend you try to get the correct 67-72 parts first, as it will be easier to make the swap with less modifictaions and jurry rigging. with the correct stuff, the truck will have a higher resale value as well. whatever you do , good luck
