anybody install tbi in older cab
I have a 1989 surburban 4x4 with a bad motor and rusty body i was thinking about swapping out the tbi into a 82 4x4 pickup that had a electrical fire and melted wiring and ac box but cab is still in good shape.
Has anybody tried this swap? I would be moving everything from suburban to pickup cab. I know i would need the pump for a pickup tank any suggestion would be great thanks Eric Everingham |

Re: anybody install tbi in older cab
If you can find a tank out of an '87, that would make things easier for you. My bro-in-law has a TBI set up in his 79. Runs great! He was lucky enough to find an 87 tank to use.
