Can someone tell me whats missing?

This is a photo of my lower steering column. I know that the bearing and the special bolt is missing, is there anything else missing?

theres supposed to be a spring and washer that goes against the lower bearing that keeps tension on the column shaft//check LMC catlogue for illustration

It looks just like mine I don't know what's missing(other than the obvious) though.
