1966 Body question?
So I am currently restoring my 66 custom camper....I wanted to know 1st: the panel that holds the atenna, located between the front windshield and hood; one on both corners?....2nd: On that piece is two small holes. I would figure the holes are for mounting emblems but I have not been able to find any models with emblems located there? Is that what the holes are for? or are they for mirrors?

/i believe '62 and '65 are the only 2 years with emblems on the cowl corners.they will fit though
Should only be antenna hole on passengers side

..it may have had a camper on it at one time,that's where they attach the "stabelizers for a "overhead camper"...welded up mine....

The right cowl cover should have an antenna hole. The left should have holes for the emblem. Maybe emblem holes in the right as well. All 60-66 chevy's had badges to my knowledge. GMC's are another ball game entirely. The stock mirror locations are in the doors. Hope this helps.
