Another canuck, eh! Hello from Canada
and fairly new to truck tinkering as well! I have a 1980 GMC Sierra Classic Heavy Half; "Country Cadillac", I've heard it called. The grille ain't "correct", but I love the round HL's anyways. Silverado badges came with the new fenders (anyone needs a free set, let me know-I'll send you pics), power door locks blow my horn fuse, clock/cig lighter/courtesy light don't work (all BATT hookups, I've noticed the trend - don't mean I know how the heck to fix it!) Got no radio, yeah it's a beater! But I love the feeling when I get something sorted out and working, that's what keeps me coming back. Only thing I hate about it, it takes me to work daily. I won't bore ya with text, I've already loaded way too much onto Cardomain - check if you like @ http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2586826
Other than that, I hope I can be of some help some day to some one! Stranger things have happened. PAT |
