Big Wheels, what does it do to suspension?
What does 20" & 22" wheels do the the vechicle? I mean as far as braking. Does larger wheels mean larger brakes? I think it puts more weight further out from the spindle which would create more stress on brakes. I don't understand all I know about the physics of what goes on. Can someone braeak it down to simple terms?

i have always heard that bigger wheels increase rotating mass which means you need bigger brakes.

I would think if the overall diameter is about the same, wheel size shouldn't make to much differance, Not like going to 40's or 44's on a 4x4 then I think you better be looking at brakes.

This is true. What you have to consider is the overall height, and the weight. If the rolling mass is the same height and weight, nothing changes.

As stated above, if the mass does not change the inertia does not change. Usually you can go up to 20" without problems, above that, you need to start considering larger binders.
