Will 3/4 ton front susp. fit the same as 1/2 ton

I found someone that has 3/4 ton front suspension for my blazer conversion project for free. I would use air ride suspension for arms etc... Will this fit the same as a 1/2 ton? What problems might I encounter, is it worth it?
