Re: ** SOLD ** FS Five 67-72 GM truck wheels chrome black

Joe,

Thanks for the good deal on the wheels and hubcaps. My project is moving along slowly, but at least it is moving. Since purchasing the set of wheels I have had them sandblasted. I was going to paint them myself, but I decided to have them powder-coated white when I found a company that would give me a decent price. The only thing left to do is mount some new tires and then install them on the truck. Do you have any suggestions or recommendations on tire sizes? Would you use a wider tire for the 15x8 rims? Thanks again, I will post a picture after I get them on the truck.

Hey Tim - glad your project at least has a pulse

I don't have any advice regarding tire sizes for you though. I ran the same size tire on all four of those wheels - BF Goodrich Radial TA P235/70-r15
