Should I buy another 72?

I already know the answer to this question, but I thought I'd run it by you folks first. I'm looking at a 72 K-20. It's got a good 350 with about 60,000 miles on it, and a TH-350 trans, not sure of gear ratio, and not positive what T/C it has. Interior is pretty decent, but the body is rough and rusty in all the right spots. The truck has a 5" lift and is on 33x12.5's and the suspension has been gone through about 2 years ago, the truck has been sitting for sale for 1 year. I think I can get it bought for $1,200, and I have enough cash on hand to pay for half of it. It's had 3 owners in the last 20 years and I know all of them. I think I'll go talk to the banker man tomorrow and take this baby for a test drive to see if it still drives as nice as it did 1.5 years ago. I really don't need another truck, but I want something to take to the lake that the boat isn't gonna make look small.

Buy it! lol Of course that's the only answer you are going to get here. But, seriously, you wouldn't find a 67-72 4x4 here for that cheap that didn't have to go home on a trailer.

What does not really needing another truck have to do with it? You have to buy it. It's got nothing to do with need!!

Of course buy it! Sounds like my truck to a T. I wish I could have got mine for that price. I paid way too much, you don't wanna know.
