Kinda Like BURBARIFIC, Only FURTHER!

Well guys and gals,
After some (short) trips to NORWOOD, Indiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, and Philly(oops, almost forgot Niagara Falls for the pop-up camper for the Blazer), I decided to send the '07 Truck & Parts gathering season out with a BANG. I am flying out to Long Beach CA on Tuesday to pick up the '68 Chevy "McClaren" Can Am ramp truck from Sean (Hulk Will Smash), and drive it (the long way) back to PA. First stop will be Pensacola FL to meet up with Rob (Hart Rod) to pick up a frame and some Burb parts. (guess that SORTA makes it Burbarific?) Then on to Valdosta GA to TRADE some Burb parts with Jodie (GMC Junkie) {guess that makes it even MORE like Burbarific} hehe. Wish my good friend Andy and I could have done this one together, MAN, that would have been LEGENDARY! My route will be MOSTLY Interstate 10 to Robs, then up to Junks, then hopefully up to Williamsburg VA to catch up with my Dad if time permits. Anybody along the way that wants to meet or give me their emergency contact info would be great. Will have to keep rolling right along, but will TRY to catch up with some of you during my overnights if possible. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers for this EPIC journey. Take care, Mike

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Mike, good luck on your trip. Looking forward to meeting you. I just got home from a 14 hr mad dash to ATL to pick up a Burb frame from UNCLE to replace the bent frame on my Burb. If you have time you might want to stop by there, he's got some NICE stuff.

Rob,
Same here my friend. Yes, I have been to Tims house to pick up the BBC that I bought from him. (Isn't that ambulance COOL?) Was thinking of swinging by there again if time permits. Wish I could visit all 35,000 of ya'! I will be attempting to get online whenever I can, so I will see you folks along the way. Thanks for making all my adventures possible. Here is my # in case anybody needs to check up on me along the way. Take care, Mike

If you pass near my way between Williamsburg and home I`d like to meet up for a quick pit stop, bite to eat,cup of coffee...whatever time allows. Also, grab my numbers off the contact list.I`d help a brotha out, whatever I can do.
I`m off I-70,45 miutes from I-81 @ Hagerstown,MD or Winchester,VA but would head farther if you cut a diagonal.

Well, I made it to LAX last night around 2 AM EST. Hoping to get together with Sean here soon. Got a couple text messages from Andy (Longhorn Man) He was bustin' on me for stealing his thunder! hehe. I know he would love to be out here. I stayed over night at the Bob Hope Hollywood USO. Pretty cool place. Had LOTS of Marines to protect me. I will try to update you guys as the trip goes on. Take care, Mike
