84 6.2 4x4... $200 bux hehe

Well the guy that owned this truck was trying to sell it when the starter went out, that was a couple years ago. He removed the starter to rebuild it when some kids vandalazed it.. The Front glass, drivers door glass, headlights and left mirror were distroyed.. He called me up and said he just lost interest and I could get it for $200 and he would bring it to me.. I said DONE.. I think I am going to install the new starter that came with it and see if it runs.. If not I'll swap to a gas motor. The drivers side gas tank is new, the passenger side is rotted. A lil rough but not bad for a 200 dollor truck!.

I hate Diesels, 6.2

Damage to passenger bed side..

Rust in passenger cab corner

Rust in drivers inner rocker.

Not bad at all! I'd keep the diesel if it runs just because of the fuel mileage difference. Body doesn't seem to be that bad really. Looks fairly solid to me, and with a little work, could be a nice one! ...Joe

Its pretty solid, need battery boxes and inner fenders, passenger cab corner and drivers inner rocker work. The passenger bed side is a lil banged up.. Not TOO bad.

Duro5341, you are right, we just don't get those kind of deals here in Ontario. A truck like that around here would probably go in the $800 range

Easily $800 if it's not running.........more like $1000 if you drive it away

That's for sure...I bided my time when looking to buy my first truck and ended up scoring a good deal, which is rare here in Ontario. A 1979 GMC 1 ton for $500 and I drove it home.
