i went to the local OSH and bought female heims on both ends, threaded rod, jam nuts and the aluminum fuel line tubing to cover the threaded rod. DONE!

that looks nice. might have to make one for my 60 so i can use my gas pedal again. had to take out the pedal when i added the carb spacer so all i got is my rod for right now. there might be some aircraft parts that i can aquire for that........

The biggest problem with my throttle rod is that I had to weld an extention onto it and I don't like the fact that you can see the join .... with the fuel line the problem is resolved and looks good as well. esll. ![]()
