I smoked a turkey last year in my refrigismoker. I made a smoker out of an old refrigerator. I will share something with you, my smokin' friend. Try smokin eggs one time. They make killer deviled eggs, or egg salad. Try it youll like it. Later, Rich

How do you smoke a turkey ...... Isn't it hard to keep 'em lit ???

And which end do you puff on ???
