Angry fuel pressure regulator

Just got my new summit fuelcell, fuelpump and pressure regulator installed and the regulator must be bad, no fuel pressure. Took regulator out of the picture and all is good, but I don't need 14 psi at the carb. Anybody ever get a bad regulator out of the box.

Re: fuel pressure regulator

Yes it's adjustable, I can't get any fuel to go threw the regulator. Tried hooking it per instructions, but it just doesn't work.
