Hey guys i'm looking for help on some wheels for my 72 blazer and yes a used the search function didn't help on what i needed.Well heres my question im looking at these wheels for my blazer http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/store...0002_379967_-1 and it doesn't give any listing of backspacing or center hole and i was wondering if these rims would fit on my blazer it has 4 inches of lift and i plan 33's on the rims heres my blazer

I think they will. A 15x10 rim with 3 1/2 backspacing or so is good with 10 inch rims and 33-35 inch tires. My 8" rims rubbed with 3 1/2" bs. I ran 15x10 Centerlines with 3 5/16 bs for 18 years on mine with 35's, no rubbing.

A rim with -38mm backspacing has the center shifted out about 1 and 1/2" which would mean on an outside width of 11" on a 10" rim (rim width is meausred to bead seating inside of rim) the rim in your link should have 4 1/2" backspacing. (6" is one half the width, and the rim moved 1 1/2" = 4 1/2" bs)

Currently my truck has 8 lug 16.5x10 rims with 4 1/2" backspacing and they work great. BUT, I have an 86 Suburban axle in my truck whis is at least 2" wider than the stock rear. You may have rubbing issues in the rear when you turn or articulate the rear suspension significantly.

The rims in my link have 4inch backspacing found on internet and my truck is from what i know a stock blazer 12bolt anybody else chime in with more information

Welcome to the board from Seattle. Sorry I can't help ya with the back spacing but those rims will look nice on your black & yellow truck. Looks like it just came out of paint. Got any more pictures?

On that Jeg's page you can click on the "For a complete list..".
It says the 15x8s have a -27mm backspacing (=1.06 inches) and the 15x10s have a 38mm backspacing (=1.5inches). So that all should mean the 15x8s should be about 3.94" & the 15x10s about 3.5" from the back edge of the wheel to the centers. Which all seems normal.

Thanks guys its should be done monday having the winshield put in hell i still have to break the motor in but it just started snowing here so ill probaly have higher quality pics in the snow..

Oops. Error in my math, Overall wheel width would be 11" as noted, and 1/2 that is 5 1/2" not 6 as I typed. Sheesh. 5 1/2" minus 1 1/2" would give you 4" backspacing.

Stupid beer.

Try to find somebody local to you who would loan you a wheel and tire. I have a 33 12.50 BFG AT on an 8" rim just on the side of the house and I bet somebody near you has a "loaner" as well!
