I have seen this truck for sale before. The asking price was $16,000 canadian. It has a factory 396 in it. The body had been redone but not very well in certain spots. The interior was also redone but nothing exciting. I think it is a 69 or 70. The dually rear end came out of a 79 1 ton Tow Truck. I saw this truck on my way to visit my truck in the paint booth. I happened to have my camera on me so I took a few pics.

man it is cool, there is a dually lwb 4x4 in town, seen it once, but both wheels tucked under the fender, looks way better then flares imo

It looks cool! but I just have to know. Did they have to modify the frame to accomplish that? Looking under my truck it looks like they would have to. and also inorder to keep the wheels under the bedsides I would think they would have to cut the drive shafts? Just curious. I like the look and might think of doing it to mine!

Kinda makes it pointless though. The main thing that a daulie does is make it more stable when you tow becouse the 'foot print' is wider.
He gets an A+ on the job though...at least from these pics. |
