It would be great if someone had stencils of an original headliner.

OK guys BIG ORANGE to the rescue,
Here's whatcha do 1st:Go to Lowes or Homepo then look for the 1/4" insulation board and cut to fit roof,I used a hotglue gun to put this in with. 2nd:check out the bathroom wall tile. It's white and texture and 1/8" thick and very plyable so you can roll the edges to fit in the tracks. 3rd:if you have apiece that came out of your burb just trace it out,if not use cardboard for a stencil and start with the front first. Good luck that last piece will test your patience so take your time. It's good to take lots of measurment if there is no headliner at all. ------------------ 1971 chevy suburban (BIG ORANGE) 1970,68,90 swb Little BUCKS one day 67/72 truck parts bought/sold LIFE IS GOOD,THANK GOD FOR IT!

I've got my '72 headliner out of my truck. Da-burb and I are going to make a stencil of it. If you want, we can send you a copy.
