They do not hang below the truck, they tuck up nice next to the bell housing on the trans.

Hi Dan,

All the pipes are above the frame. The headers exit just before the bottom of the fire wall. These are made for our trucks whether they are lowered or stock height. Perfect for the guy that needs to replace his exhaust now and has plans for lowering later on. Good for static or bagged applications.

Thanks Corn for the nice words. The wires that you see will be gone and a set of custom wires with angle plugs [black wires with grey boots] and a set of Taylor wire looms will replace them! My first set of custom wires .... they are being made by a company called Aurora, they are on the net you might want to check them out. Also carb. will get the boot in favor of a Edlebrock 1405 and a few little neat stock items will be added to give it the finished look.

The headers are nice and well worth it when it comes to ease of install and good looks.
