WIW - My '64 Step (hope in right section)
I'm thinking that I might need to sell my '64 short wb stepside, but no clue what it's worth (or if anyone would want it!). What do you sage beings think?
It's got a 283V8, 465 Muncie w/a granny first, HEI conversion, decent red/white paint job, white cab interior and bucket seats. Overall it's in pretty nice shape. I have a 2/4" drop kit (shocks and springs) that I haven't had time to install. VERY LITTLE RUST, and that is isolated to a bit of the cab interior and the front of the inner fender wells. The truck runs GREAT too. The 'bad' : I'm sure they're easily sorted and these things don't work probably b/c the previous owner was restoring the truck... but the wipers don't work, the dash lights are out and the heater doesn't blow. Other than that, it's great.

javadoc, fair warning you're probably gonna get pinged by one of the staff. You have to be a subscriber to post what it's worth threads. Hopefully they will go easy on you. On a lighter note your truck looks great.

No, David asked why I would sell it. But you're right about the board. I run a mazda board and supporter-users keep it going.

Re: WIW - My '64 Step (hope in right section)
Okay... back to my thread here. I'm getting close to putting the truck up for sale. Would $3000 be too much to ask for it?
283 V8, 4speed, 3.77 (or close) rear end, HEI conversion and a 2"/4" drop kit (springs and shocks, ALL new fasteners, still in the boxes). Whoever had this before me went to to some trouble to freshen up the body, as shown in the original photos.

I spect it would go quickly at that price, leastwise round here (North Carolina). Nice looking truck.

Re: WIW - My '64 Step (hope in right section)
Cool thanks. I think either the truck, or my V70R will have to go on the block, and as much as I'm liking the truck, the R is much more usable as a daily driver.
