TCI lists the shipping weight as 146 lbs.and I guess that must includes packaging.Add 6 lbs or so for fluid,and 32 lbs for the torque converter plus maybe 12 lbs of fluid in that.

I know when it falls off the jack and has you pinned down it feels like around200lbs.LOL
