Re: This is why its good living in Arkansas
Looking at these prices....tells me how badly the insurance companies would try to low-ball me on my truck if it was totaled/torched, whatever.
There's some good sounding deals in the papers, but you and I both know that what one person thinks is 90% restored, is just barely running to another guy. There's a LWB '72 in Bauxite, a Cheyenne 10, with a 350/350TH/original wheel covers, upper/lower side trim, cargo light....doors shut like new. Only want $1500, OBO. It needs rockers and some floor pan work, and the right side hood hinge/spring. Paint on the hood is not right. But, the rest of the body is straight and the paint (original) looks good. Supposedly it was parked for 20 years...who knows? "Just needs a battery", they say. But, the ads in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette are frequently found to have several of what we like in trucks. Attached is a pic of a '69 that I found that had a variety of options, yet was a basic truck at the core, with only one previous owner.

"Come on down!" We sell to schmucks, geezers, greasers, and wheezers. All money is good, just let the dog smell it to check for drug residue, first.

Hey ChevloRay, I can't disagree with you thats for sure! The only bad ads I have seen are the ones you have to drive 2 hours to see.
