Looks like someone put a lot of work into it. What's the story behind it?

Re: Maybe my new ride

He has his own shop and works and restores GM products. It has a fuel injected 350 from a Corvette it has all the right computer stuff. It has 35 BFG's on it, Pro Comp lift kit. The unit is pretty straight it does have a little rust on the doors. It needs some work but nothing to big. I will know more next week if I'm getting it. It will look good sitting next my 72 C-10. He has a 72 that is restored to original condition. He really does good work.

Looks like a nice driver for sure from the pics.

Corvette injected 350 engine with 35" rubber and 1/2 ton axles will mandate a little self control though.

Yeehaw! on the C10 deuce, Hoss!

While you're waiting on the K5, tell us more about the powder blue pick 'emup. Gawd, makes me pine for my much-missed '71 Cheyenne, which was stolen last Spring.

Re: Maybe my new ride

Well the story goes this rancher in the Hill Country of Texas had and when he passed away his wife didn't drive and she wouldn't sell it. When she passed away the kids stepped and Now it's mine. It is a Highlander with Blue Plaid Interior, it has a 350 engine, A/C, the only thing that isn't original is the water pump, hoses, belts and battery. Here is a picture of the interior, I don't want to sound like I'm bragging but I am very proud to own these fine machines.
