for $500 I would say it is if it looks as straight as it appears. the only problem would be getting it back to ca's smog requirements since finding somg equipment for the older vehicles is getting tougher everyday. But $500, if that's the original grill and headlight buckets and they are metal and not pitted those are going to start bringing a pretty penny for restoration guru's. If it was here I'd probably consider it until my wife found out, I have to many as it is.
