Please forgive another post in this thread, but I have an update.
Apparently the way to find out what the shipping charges are is to cancel. Within 30 minutes Stephanie (a supervisor) called to tell me that the shipping charge information was available when I called to cancel and the employee should have told me what they were.  And a very Merry Christmas to you all.
