gap around top of door?

the gaps between my door/fender and door/cab look pretty good, but the gap around teh top of the door and rain gutter is just not right, very tight at windshield post, and large gap at top rear in the curve of the gutter.. what can i do about this w/out messing up my other lines?

I have one door like that. The other fits fine. I got it as tight as possible at the front. If you have the skill you could cut the window frame and rearrange to fit.

Have you tried another door? There may be small differences between manufacturing runs that could possibly make the difference.

you could weld a suitable sized tig rod to the top edge of the door to close up the gap.

Thats what Rockcln said he did with his to line them up...

Might have to try it if I ever get to the point where I can worry about the gaps lining up...

I put two new Goodmark doors on mine.. I had to cut them both apart at the top front window frame corner and take a 1/4 inch out of them and weld them back together to make them fit..

I had to tweak my passenger door in that area. You can see what I did in my build thread, the door starts at post#111 I think.
