Wiper tool
Here is a picture of the wiper tool you can use to get the wiper arms off with. I have never pulled any kind of pin out and there is nothing broke off of them. I use to use the screw driver to pry them off with, until I found this tool for $3.00 at the parts house and it doesn't chip the paint. Hope this helps everybody out.

That looks like a tool that will work!
Is that a plastic grip in the middle which prevents scratching of the wiper arm? Thanks for posting the info! Jim |

Wiper tool
Yes it has the rubber covering on it to keep from scratching the arm. I bought it at napa off of the shelf, I don't think it has a part number. It was out front in the store.

There is also another tool that looks somewhat like pliers. You put the end under the wiper and squeeze them like a pair of pliers and the end under the wiper opens and pops the wiper off.
