well ive made a decision on my 76 crewcab

no im not gettign rid of it...since what ever caused my 454 to go bad, ive decided to just save the money up and do a complete rebuild, will send the block and heads out to be done, mild cam, not sure on what else to do with it, will think on it some more..basicly i dont need anything ot wild, just a good street motor that will pull what ever i put behind it...might as well figure on a tranny rebuild to...gonna be along year... adn if i can keep from gettign that 86 swb 1/2 chevy for 800 obo, i will be good..the 86 need a new rearend and fender, havent seen it,, dont want to see it, but might go look at it anyway..to many project, and not enough money to get one running..lol

hope you all have a great new year

sounds like a good plan ----- a longbed crew that will burn the tires through second is just what the Dr ordered

I couldn't agree more....

Glad to hear that you're going to keep the truck.

Ain't that the truth, lol Almost as confusing as four 1ft-wide patches crossing diagonally - 44" Ground Hawgs turned by a built 460 through some 5.xx gears will do that, 4x4 burnouts courtesy of my ex and her '77... but yours will be cooler, cause your truck is like twice as long as hers, haha size does matter here
