Resetting my Odometer

Working on an old gage cluster. Had an idea to reset my odometer back to zero miles. Anybody know how or if I can do that? Just wondering if there is an easy way.

I reset the one I had in a tach dash for the 69, but I never installed it.

Re: Resetting my Odometer

It depends on the year of the speedometer, , some have a plastic keeper and others do not. I think 67-69 don't have the plastic keeper. As long as you don't break the keeper it's not that hard. Even if you break that keeper you can still reset the speedo.
Good Luck
