pulled the gas tank out of the parts mustang, messed with taking some other parts off of it, shined some 3" trim rings up , and cleaned some rallys off a 77 i think, need to clean them some more, paint them, and then they will get pics taken, and be for sale

Hauled some junk iron off that was lying around outside the shop. Made some extra money and cleaned up the yard too!!!! Saw a dually suburban, took some pics, didn't realize it was still 1/2 ton up front till I took the pics.

Re: What did you get done? 12/30

These pickup bed trailers are handy like a pocket on a shirt!!!!
The red one I paid $50 for it, and the white one I traded a guy a bare lwb frame to build me the white one. The white one I had a spare mount made out a junk spindle and rotor. I hope this isn't a thread jack

Re: What did you get done? 12/30

put the my 2nd hydroboost back in, modified the brake lights switch to act like a pedal stop too, all is good now and brakes feel much more controllable (and not the no-no-go-lock action I had before). Also drilled two more holes in the bed and added two bolts to hold the rail that holds my stacks, not really needed but makes me feel better. Took the truck to the movies tonight, tis a bit hard to get it to slide in the snow, but it does slide, that was good practice for when a real snow hits. Also on the way back enjoyed the two smoke trails that my stacks leave behind hanging like 7ft up in the air, makes for a pretty cool sight.

Re: What did you get done? 12/30

well i came home this week to find a box of parts from tony (texas square bodies) that i had ordered and opened that (thanks tony!) and other than that ive done nothing truck related...found out my motor mounts are bad but im going to leave that alone until it gets warmer out
Sunday was my granddaughters first birthday party so we spent most of the day with her. Her mom and dad hired a small community center to have a party and that was a great time..
Hopefully ill be finding out today if i get the rehab job i bid on for a brownstone and if that happens Ill be doing well this month and i may actually have someone do the motor mounts for me and install the transmission i need too

Re: What did you get done? 12/30

Bought a running '84 LWB with a fried 700r for $150 (might use the motor in mine and use whats left for a trailer conversion) and picked up an intermittent wiper dash switch for my '80.

Re: What did you get done? 12/30

Didnt get nuthin done... stayed inside and played video games. Too much snow on top of the shops firewood pile.

Ok actually I was studying, getting info on building a still, what to feed it, and how to run it so I can motor around in my 7.5L vehicles for cheap/free. Gotta do that when five of your cars have 455s and your truck has a 454. It may not be the countrys solution to fuel, but it sure could be mine.
