Smile need 305 enginew/ carb

I am looking for a 305 w/ carb and manifold, for my 1978 custom deluxe 10. I found this truck back in the corner of an old rundown junk yard, and i just fell in love with it. it needs a lot more than an engine, but i can get all those parts local i believe. i am looking for a good deal, on a good running 305 w/ carb for 100 or less

Talking

Possibly a good price...if the block is not cracked or the internals aren't seized....otherwise a good paper weight.

OK the manifold has a casting num 14057055.
The carb is num 17085226 1705 HLY. Electric choke. Choke missing elect coil cover. May have another coil soon. Manifold has thermostat housing with sensor and vacume switch.
OR- i have another quad hot air choke carb # 17084500 1268 HNU . I think this ones for 350. Suggest rebuild of both. Running condition unknown. Could take choke off one and put on the other.
Was going to save carbs for experminting. Will sell intake and one carb for $75.00 plus actual shipping. Yall reading, is this a fair market price ? Dude, you should make sure these parts will work.

Its a Rochester Quadrajet. Still Interested? Check the carb number. Its from an 85 I believe. It has a electrical sensor on the front of it that I believe doesn't have to be used.Email me at pkbinplano@msn.com
