I having problems....

This is the third time Ive had this particular motor in and out of this truck....now all of a sudden Im having troubles getting the tiny motor mount holes to line up to get the bolts in.

So Im thinking, since Im also working with a big ass washer. That I could just ream the bolt holes on the frame stands a bit to make everything line up. Im only off an 1/8" or so.

Just wondering if that would hurt anything?

Re: I having problems....

I hog them out every one I do. You can waist ungodly amount of time & temper trying to get them in. This stuff is just not that precise they will line up every time.

Re: I having problems....

I just loosen the stands , then tighten after all the bolts are in. The next time they should be lined up.
