What do you guys think?

I found a 70 GMC body that was put on a '76 GMC frame. It has a newer set of holley heads. Seller states that it is solid but may need inner rockers replaced. It worries me that it needs some "minor" wiring work. It also needs an intake and carb but that is no big deal, I have those. He wants $700. I just wondered what you guys think of the truck.

Personally, IF the title is clear, I'd only offer $400 and only if the 67-72 parts are very good. I'd only offer more IF the rears & drive train is very tight & decent.
