It's a CSU hat and I do have a Snow Performance water injection kit on it now. I just use straight water in it. At 8psi it went 10.91@123 and the 10.62 pass was on 14psi as my boost controller messed up and it quit working right. I wanted to increase gradually from 8psi going up but oh well. The compressors are out of their efficiency range big time at 14psi so there was little gain. Also the 8psi tune is 91 octane safe even without the water. Also note that my truck weighs 4000 lbs by itself so it turned out to be a real good match of components that makes damn good power for the money I spent.
