Under the dash. You can just barely see mine, it's below the gauge on the left, it glows when the key is on.

Re: Fog light Bumpers ?

I tied mine to the park lamps so when I pull the head light switch for the park lights it turns them on. They are fixing to have a relay installed so it want pull through the head light switch.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Re: Fog light Bumpers ?

I tied mine in with my fuel pump for the time being. I'll end up with them on with the parking lights after I get around to installing my wiring harnesses.

Re: Fog light Bumpers ?

I wound up running the switch wiring thru the fire wall on the passenger side. That way it was a clean install for the relay to go on that side and then the feed to the lights.
You have to install the light harness like an L, so you have to decide whether the wiring under the hood is going to be on the driver's, or passenger's side... along with the relay, and then from there into the cab, and on to the switch.

Re: Fog light Bumpers ?

Good idea by Andy4639 to run them off the parking lights. However I like to control them seperately. I made a panel that I put under the ignition switch. The top button is back up lights (I bought the truck with toggle controlled back-up lights but someday will go back to controlling them through the steering column). Bottom button is lights in the bumper.

The 12 volts from the switch goes out through a hole by the fuse panel where I run a bunch of other stuff I've added. The relay for the lights is on the LF fender. The switch turns on a relay that dumps 12 volts right off the battery.

Re: Fog light Bumpers ?

The red switch above the AC vent wired through the ignition so they cannot be left on. The relay is on the radiator support to the left of the daytime running lights.
